Function Hire

Our Al la Carte menu can be used as base to create your own set menu to suite all your dining requirements. We also have a variety of platters to choose from. Click to view the Gallery

We also have big screen TV that can be used as a monitor for presentations.

The venue hire fee is payable in advance to secure the date.

You will be required to sign a basic contract confirming your choices for the night and acceptance of the conditions of hiring the venue.

Please note that these are the current menus, food prices and beverage prices and are subject to change...

All alcohol, food and refreshments are to be purchased from La Bella with the exceptions below:
You may bring in your own cake/cupcakes, at no extra cost, to celebrate your special day, however, no other consumables may be brought in for consumption at La Bella.

Should your require Champagne and / or wines that we do not stock, please let us know what and how many bottles you require and we will provide you with a quote and order the items in for you. The champagne we stock is Van Loveren Papillion Vin Doux and Brut.

We offer jugs of cocktails at a discounted rate for welcome drinks in a 1.3 liter jug AND 1.3 liter jugs of fruit juice. 

If your function is upstairs, we have two types of setup styles:
Formal - (sit-down with a set, a la carte or personalized menu) – Maximum 40 guests
Cocktail - (casual stand up, cocktail tables with finger snacks) – Maximum 80 guests

You have a choice of black or white tablecloths.  All other decorating is up to you!
Please ensure that for night functions, all draping and decorations are to be removed by 9:00 the following morning or be discarded by us.
Cut-off time for a function is strictly at 24h00 and music volume will be turned down at 21.30.

There is also a fully functional bar – you may run a tab or a cash bar.
For functions under 50 guests we charge extra each for a barman and / or waiter for the night.
Strictly no alcohol will be served at under age function. The bar tender reserves the right to ask for identification of age.

There is a Unisex toilet facility in the upstairs venue.
Please note:  The upstairs venue is a non-smoking area.
Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access upstairs.


You may bring a USB with music on to play through the upstairs amplifier. Please insure that you have a reliable USB and that all the music is in one folder – No Mp4s, our system doesn’t accept that format. It would be advisable for you to bring in the music USB before your function to make sure that it plays properly, we cannot take responsibility for ‘non paying’ devices. Once the USB is loaded, the list will play automatically from the beginning through to the end, we are unable to change or search for songs.

Only the duty manager is allowed to operate the music system.
If you would like to bring a separate USB with photos in JPEG format, we can plug it straight into the TV and they will continuously scroll during the night.

We supply all crockery, white serviettes and glass ware.
There will be a 10% service fee added to the bill for the barman and waitrons serving you on the night.

Please note, although we do wedding receptions, we are not a traditional wedding provider. The setup is basic and we do not offer all the expected wedding services that traditional wedding venues offer.For e.g.: all undertaking such as - Table décor, draping, flowers and so forth are for your own arrangement.
